Sell more on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Shopify.

Listings that convert, PPC that pays back, product images that sell, and a catalog AI shopping assistants like Amazon Rufus, Walmart Sparky and ChatGPT pick first. One ecommerce team, built platform by platform.

15 minutes with a founder. No store login, no pitch deck: we look at your listings live.

A shopper asks Gemini: 32 oz stainless bottle that keeps water cold all day

Answer: Vacuum-insulated steel bottles keep water cold for about 24 hours. Listings that publish capacity, material and insulation as text are the ones an answer can quote, like this one:

Recommended: Insulated 32 oz Steel Bottle from example-store.com, $34, 32 oz, Cold 24 h, 14 oz empty.

How AI shopping assistants choose: they recommend the product whose facts they can read and verify. We build listings that way.

Where buyers decide

One catalog, multiple places to be chosen.

  • Shopify
  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Walmart
  • ChatGPT
  • Google AI
  • Perplexity

Your products are listed. Are they selling?

Most ecommerce brands lose sales in the same four places.

  • Listings that do not convert

Thin titles, missing attributes and weak images lose the click and the sale on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Shopify.

  • Ad spend without profit

PPC campaigns bidding on the wrong terms, with no negatives and no link between ACoS and margin.

  • Creative that blends in

Main images that break platform rules, no lifestyle or infographic images, no video or UGC to prove the product works.

  • Skipped by AI shopping

Rufus, Sparky and ChatGPT recommend the products they can read and trust. Missing facts and weak proof mean yours is left out.

Listings, PPC, creative and AI shopping. One team, platform by platform.

Marketplace listing optimization, Amazon PPC and paid ads, product images and UGC, and AEO so AI assistants pick your products. Each one done to the rules of the platform it runs on.

Our claim

We do not paste the same AI copy onto every channel. Every listing, campaign and image is built for the platform it runs on, from your verified product facts, and measured with that platform's own numbers.

See the gaps before you pay to fix them.

A shopper asks an AI assistant what to buy. It names the products it can read and understand, and skips the rest. Every snapshot is written by a person and shows why yours could be skipped: a finding with its priority, the evidence we saw, and one fix. The example uses invented brands.

Sample snapshot

  1. Finding and priority

No capacity or material in structured fields (medium priority)

  2. Evidence we saw

Product schema has name, image and price only. 'Stainless steel' and '32 oz' appear in a banner image, not in text.

  3. Recommendation

Add a spec table in text and mirror material and size into schema and the Merchant Center feed.

Every snapshot covers one or two public listings, three findings in this shape, and one next step. Human-reviewed within 2 business days.

A shopper asks AI

Insulated 32 oz steel bottle

Sample snapshot

Best insulated 32 oz water bottle that keeps ice all day?

Gemini answer

Three bottles come up most often:

  1. Tidecrest Steel 32

Size, steel grade and ice time written in text

    Named
  2. Alpinwell Trail Bottle

Clear spec table on the product page

    Named
  3. Northvale Summit 32

    Cited in two buying guides

Not in the answer

Why yours was left out

  • Search crawlers blocked. AI search crawlers are blocked from the product pages, so they cannot read them.
  • No capacity or material in structured fields. '32 oz' and 'stainless steel' appear only inside a banner image, not in text.
Brands are invented. The free snapshot finds reasons like these on your own listing. Checked by a person within 2 business days.

About VendaHawk

Questions we get asked first

What access do you need?

Delegated access only, granted to a named VendaHawk identity on each platform: Seller Central secondary user, eBay Team access, Walmart Seller Center user, Shopify collaborator request, Merchant Center, Search Console and GA4 roles. We never ask for passwords and never need billing access. You can revoke access at any time.

Can you get AI assistants and marketplaces to pick our products?

That is the system we build. Marketplaces and AI assistants pick the products they can understand and trust, so we fix every signal they read: product data and attributes, images, reviews and Q&A, content that answers buying questions, and ads that buy the first sales and reviews. Then we measure the same buyer questions and platform reports every week and keep fixing what is still holding you back.

How long until I see results?

Crawler and feed fixes take effect within days. Listing changes show in platform reports within weeks. Citations and AI mentions move inside the 90-day program, which is why Starter and Growth have a 3-month minimum.

What do you never do?

We never buy, write or incentivise reviews. We never publish without approval where approval is required. We never claim an official relationship with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, OpenAI or Google. We never paste the same copy across platforms.

Who does the work?

Our team drafts from your verified facts and your brand guide. A strategist reviews every draft against the platform's rules. You approve in the client portal. Nothing is automated end to end without a person in the loop.

What happens after the free snapshot?

You get three evidence-backed observations and one recommended next step within 2 business days. If you want more, you can book an optional 20-minute review call, order the $499 Growth audit, or start a plan. No pressure either way.
